Is a micro wedding for you?

Once upon a time at a cowboy bar, Brandon saw Chelsee’s cowboy boots and was immediately drawn to her.  He asked her for a dance and she said yes.  A defining moment in time. Fast forward a few years later. They decided to have a low key laid-back wedding in the mountains of Summit County surrounded by family and close friends.  They wanted to invest in a relaxing night to enjoy friends and family, and celebrate their love. What they did not want was the stress of a big wedding. Unfortunately, big weddings are a lot of work.  Brandon and Chelsee were successful, it could not have been a more perfect night.  They enjoyed a private property on 40 acres, with a personal chef, a fire burning on the back deck, and views of the Gore Range, the evening was what fairy tales are made of.  A small wedding is not for everyone, and that is the point.  It is for the bride and groom, it is about love, and it is about celebrating marriage… and that is beautiful.

This is Brandon & Chelsee’s story in pictures.

welcome

Intimacy and adventure is what I am all about. I absolutely love families who are just fun, who are real and let it fly.  I want to see you!  They don’t mind if they get their dress dirty. They may be down for a short hike and are not afraid of getting in the water at the end of your session, you are my people. They don’t mind if things don’t go perfectly and that is just perfect.

The best parts of life are the parts that surprise us, and the best photos are usually the ones we didn’t know were coming.
