Laurie and Pete were married on one of the most perfect summer days I have ever seen in Vail, CO. They had the most beautiful cloud cover for their ceremony on Vail's Wedding Deck. After the ceremony, guests were shuttled to the Game Creek Club for the wedding reception. The sunset views from the deck of the Game Creek Club are stellar and the food was to die for! While I am on the topic of food, I need to share that Mountain Flour made a gluten-free cake that was the single best bite of wedding cake I have ever tasted and I go to a lot of weddings! His cake was visually stunning and incredibly tasty!
These two met online and found that they had so much in common, including relocating to Colorado the same year, 1995! What are the chances of that? They both have a love of wine, cooking, great food, travel, puppies, horses, mountains, running, skiing, biking, music, faith, family, sports, especially football. I learned during their ceremony, that although they are both avid runner and skiers, Pete is still faster on the trail and Laurie can beat him on skis! It is so fun that they found someone not only to play with but keep up with too! They were both looking for an extraordinary relationship- and found it in each other. The following images are a visual depiction of their wedding story. Please enjoy and share some thoughts for our newlyweds in the comments below.

If you are looking for inspiration for a really modern, clean, sophisticated and formal wedding style, look no further! Taylor & Josh created a beautiful backdrop to exchange their vows. This wedding was not only gorgeous on the outside, but from within as well. Every person brought such investment of the heart and emotion to every moment of the day. Taylor wrote heart felt notes to her parents and her "husband to be" that brought tears to everyones' eyes. Josh wrote Taylor a note that rolled a tear down her cheek. Dad wrote a beautiful song with a talented artist, who sung that song live for the wedding guests to hear. The song was so touching that most people had tears of joy welling up in their eyes. The following images give a glimpse of the story that was Taylor and Josh's wedding day. Stay tuned for the full gallery in the coming weeks!
