Today I had a fantastic session with massage therapist Christa Phipps of CrossBodyWork + Massage. CrossBodyWork + Massage is in the adorable neighborhood of Edgewater. The space is decorated in an eclectic mix of farm, vintage and modern, they have created a calm and inviting atmosphere for their clients. Speaking of clients, I am booked for a massage with Christa later this month! Head over to Edgewater to peruse the shops and stop in for a massage!

Molly and Mark had a truly special day to tie the knot. With the sun shining on their faces and rainbows saying hello from afar; they were surrounded by the love of so many. The family and friends in attendance all had beautiful families of their own, with gorgeous little ones dancing the night away. The rainbow gracing us had a very special meaning with Mark's family as they believe it to signify his father who passed on just a few short years ago. A perfect day made even more memorable to all. The rainbow is the cover photo for their gallery, click the link below to see. Molly & Mark's GalleryAlways a fun time with the Rowdies! Bri Dilley was the event's emcee, she did a fine job I might say. The event carried the announcing of a competitive race and people were lining up to race or watch adults ride tiny bikes. The competition got a little heated at times, we even had a crash... luckily it was with the only participant wearing any protective gear. The strider bike is a small pedal-less version of a bicycle for children to learn how to balance and ride without training wheels. When the kids master balancing you can add pegs for them to scoot around on. These pedals shown here are basically adult downhill pedals. To quote Dave Bonga, "the pedals are after market" in case anyone is wondering. Check out more photos here:
